DTE are delighted to announce that with effect from 1 May 2010 we have sold the general non life insurance business of DTE Risk & Financial Management to Chorlton Cloughley Group Limited (“CCG”).

Matt Beckley, Managing Director of DTE Risk & Financial Management Ltd, commented:

“We believe that the sale will produce huge improvements to the service and service offering of the insurance division, as it will give the clients access to a wider market and enhanced facilities”.

“Mike McNulty and his existing team will remain at the same location and on the same telephone number (0161 767 1300) within DTE House for the short term and consequently hope that there will be a seamless transition to the new ownership”.

Matt Beckley also commented:

“Simon Gallagher and his colleagues within the Financial Services business of DTE Risk & Financial Management Ltd have not been sold. This business has been retained as the sole trading division of DTE Risk & Financial Management and we are hoping over the next 12 months to see continued demand for their services as we continue with the strategic development of this area of the business”.
