     Extensive research has been carried out to ensure the right level of cover

     is provided at a cost that is affordable to the league, club and player. An

     example of the corporate cover available is as follows:-

• Accidental Death £7,500
• Loss of Sight £20,000
• Loss of Limbs £20,000
• Permanent Total Disablement £20,000
• Temporary Total Disablement £50 per week
• Temporary partial disablement broken bones £100
• Benefit period 52 weeks
• Excess period 2 weeks

     Cover is provided whilst playing, participating in organised training and

     whilst traveling to and from matches. Based on the above cover the

     premiums are as follows:-

• Adult teams £129*
• Junior teams (under 18s) £89*

     *Premiums shown are based upon your league taking the insurance for

     all teams participating - individual team premiums and increased /additional
